To Make a Reservation: After you have been awarded your lodging rooms, please send an email to contactus@springyouthforum.org in order to get the code for booking additional lodging rooms under your TAA’s name.
Note: If a registrant cancels a room, it must be within 72 hours in order to receive a refund. If your team does not reserve a room under the Spring Youth Forum block (or is a guest of the hotel), your team cannot purchase waterpark passes separately. However, your team is welcome to join in on other activities at the lodge. For check-in, the Great Wolf Lodge requires a valid credit card or a cash deposit for incidental expenses. -Meals Provided (a value of more than $65 per person)
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided by the Spring Youth Forum Committee on Wednesday, May 10, 2023. All other meals are the responsibility of the teams and individuals. Meals will be served buffet style so participants may pick and choose which items they would like.
All sleeping rooms at the Great Wolf Lodge have refrigerators and microwaves. In addition, the hotel has a breakfast/dinner buffet restaurant, a café, Hungry as a Wolf Pizza, Starbucks as well as a snack shop to purchase drinks/snacks. Participants can bring their own food/snacks for their sleeping rooms, but please do not bring them to the Great Wolf Conference Center, per the Conference Center food and beverage policies.
Special Dietary Needs and Food Allergies
If a participant has a special dietary need (vegetarian, vegan, etc.) or a food allergy, this may be noted during the registration process. The Great Wolf Lodge will make every effort to accommodate any special needs. All meals will be served buffet style and will be labeled appropriately. It is the responsibility of the individual to select the items they are able to eat.
Check-in and Curfew Hours
Team check-in is on Tuesday, May 9 from 3:00 pm – 7:30 pm in the Great Wolf Conference Center. During this time, teams will have the opportunity to take team photos. Wear your team outfits! Check-in is also available on Wednesday, May 10 from 7:30 am – 8:00 am for teams arriving on Wednesday ONLY. There will be a photo opportunity during this time for teams checking in on Wednesday ONLY.
Please note: Waterpark passes can be used starting at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 through Wednesday, May 10, 2023 until 8:00 pm. However, Hotel room check-in does not begin until 4:00 pm.
Curfew for those participating in the Spring Youth Forum is 10:00 pm.
Transportation and Parking
Parking is free at the Great Wolf Lodge. Transportation to/from the event is the responsibility of the Adult Team Advisor/chaperone(s) and/or participant.
Security
Security services will be provided by Security Services NW Inc.
Families and Guests
While families are extremely important to us, we are unable to accommodate extra guests, including family members and children at the official event. Guests will not be allowed in the main sessions, meals or in breakouts.
